When do you post a new menu?

Meal prep menus are posted every Tuesday morning for the following week. Your order must be submitted by Thursday 4pm. Pick-up is on Sunday 1:30pm.

Do you do customized meal plans?

Customized meal plans vary customer to customer, depending on your needs. For all inquiries please email us at cymoneskitchen@gmail.com.

How many options are offered each week for meal prep?

Each week our menu will provide three different options. You are able to order as many to as little as you would like of each meal.

What is the expiration date for meals?

While properly sealed in container and stored in refrigerator, meals will last 4-5 days from purchase date.

Can meals be frozen?

Meals can be stored in freezer for up to 4 months from purchase date. When you are ready to consume, allow the meal to unthaw for 24 hours in the refrigerator and reheat meal as preferred.
